JEFF MANKOFF - Founder & CEO
Since 1999, Jeff Mankoff has been a pioneering visionary in the electronic and card-linked promotions/loyalty industry. Jeff holds patents and pending patent applications encompassing and describing concepts that are key components of card-linked offers and loyalty. Prior to launching his first reward and promotions business, CyberDrawer, in 2000, Jeff practiced law.
A graduate of the Texas Tech School of Law, Jeff also has a bachelor of arts in history from Tulane University. He currently serves on the Electronic Transaction Association’s technology committee and is an active community volunteer, serviing as president of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America’s North Texas Chapter and on the board of several other non-profits.
CHRIS AGUAS - Advisor
Chris Aguas is a seasoned payments, loyalty and Fintech executive. Prior to vPromos, Chris served as senior vice president of product development at Electronic Funds Source (EFS) prior to its acquisition by WEX. Chris led innovation for Deem, building and launching card-linked offer programs along with partners First Data, Microsoft, Twitter and more. He also served as vice president of new product development and platform management for MasterCard’s Global Commercial Products business unit, launching card-linked offer program MasterCard Easy Savings. He was group director of small business products and services for Visa USA, a Silicon Valley entrepreneur, and began his professional career with General Mills.
Y.T. CHEN - Chief Technology Officer
Y.T. Chen has more than 20 years of technology leadership experience in enterprise architecture, solution design and software development. He has extensive expertise in retail, leading architecture solutions of large scale IT initiatives for Blockbuster and J.C. Penny., and was the lead commerce architect at Softcard.
With a Ph.D in Computer Science from Southern Methodist University, Y.T. taught at Arkansas Tech University. He is a decade-long volunteer for Plano Teen Harmony, a non-profit youth orchestra that brings music to the elderly in nursing homes and assisted living residences.
DEBBIE ELIZONDO - VP, Operations
Debbie Elizondo has worked in the electronic payments industry for more than 20 years, specializing in systems, relationship management and third-party sales and service. Before joining vPromos, she had a long tenure of leadership roles with Chase Paymentech in operations, third party strategic channel relationship management and customer support management. Debbie served on the leadership team for First American Payment Systems as director of Independent Sales Organization (ISO) sales, relationship management and customer support. She also served as vice president of operations at Preferred Health Technology and TIB, plus was senior portfolio manager at Elavon.
Debbie attended the University of North Texas and the University of Texas at Arlington. She holds a bachelor’s degree in linguistics.
ALAN GOLDSTEIN - CHIEF Revenue Officer
Alan Goldstein is a card-linked marketing subject matter expert, having developed programs for large banks, airlines and retailers. Named one of U.S. Patent Pending 12/058,945 Merchant Funded Rewards Network Implementing Cardholder Loyalty Rebate inventors, Alsan has held senior positions with early stage start-ups, large publicly traded and private companies in the loyalty space, including Vesdia (acquired by Cartera Commerce), Martiz, Loylogic and Aimia. His entrepreneurial experience includes his most recent stint as CEO of Kula Causes, launching ALG Partnership Marketing and being an advisor for HipChip.
Alan earned a BS degree in Health Science from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania.
CY MOORE - SVP, Enterprise Accounts
Cy has decades of sales leadership and business development experience in the consumer loyalty and channel incentives industry with Carlson Marketing Worldwide and Parago, Inc. Cy is considered a subject matter expert in the use of prepaid debit cards in the customer loyalty and incentives space.
Cy holds BS in Marketing degree from Wright State University.
GENE SCHENBERG - VP, Channel Sales
Gene Schenberg’s diverse business background combines purchasing for big-box retailing, location based services, merchant processing and cloud based loyalty. Prior to joing vPromos, Gene was vice president of strategic partnerships for cloud-based marketing and loyalty platform Movylo and International Bancard Corporation, vice president of PayAnywhere sales for North American Bancard and vice president of sales and marketing for NetSecure Technologies.
Gene earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Computer Science with a minor in Architecture from the University of Missouri at Columbia. He is a former city councilman, city planning commissioner and Cub Scout leader in Chesterfield, Missouri. Interestingly, Gene is a patent-holder for a household gadget sold to Wal-Mart, and enjoys tinkering with 3D printing and the Internet of Things.
BRAD MCCAULLEY - VP, Sales
Brad McCaulley has spent over 25 years leading sales teams to assist SMB and Enterprise level merchants grow their top and bottom lines through traditional and introductory advertising opportunities. He spent 20 years at Entertainment Promotions, starting as a sales rep and ultimately running the sales force as EVP/North America responsible for partnering with merchants to deliver new customers and create trackable repeat business. He excels at understanding merchant needs and rolling out new opportunities in the digital and Card-Linking Loyalty space.
Brad earned a BA degree from Brown University in Organizational Behavior and Leadership.
