Since 1999, Jeff has been a pioneering visionary in the electronic and card-linked promotions/loyalty industry. Jeff owns patents and pending patent applications encompassing and describing concepts that are key components of card linked offers and loyalty. He launched his first reward and promotions business, CyberDrawer, in 2000. Jeff is a member of the Electronic Transaction Association (“ETA”) and is currently serving on the ETA’s Technology Committee. Before 1999, Jeff practiced law in Dallas, TX. A 1986 graduate of the Texas Tech School of Law, Jeff also has a bachelor of arts in history from Tulane University. An active community volunteer, Mankoff was president of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America North Texas Chapter, and on the board of other non-profits as well.




YT has 20 years of technology leadership in enterprise architecture, solution design, and software development. He has extensive expertise in retail with over 10 years in Blockbuster and JC Penney leading architecture solutions of large scale IT initiatives. He was the lead commerce architect at Softcard.  Currently, he is the CTO at vPromos, heading up the product development in card-linked loyalty and offers.

With a Ph.D in Computer Science from Southern Methodist University, YT taught at Arkansas Tech University for three years, where he received an Outstanding Performance and Contribution Award. He has been a volunteer for over 10 years in helping Plano Teen Harmony, a non-profit youth orchestra, bringing music to the elderly in the nursing and assisted living homes.




Debbie serves as Vice President of Operations and Support. Combining strategy with infrastructure, Debbie ensures vPromos call center, application implementation, relationship management initiatives work together to seamlessly deliver its products and services to power loyalty and customer engagement solutions for the credit card industry.  Debbie has worked in the electronic payments industry for more than 20 years, specializing in systems, relationship management and third-party sales and service. 

Before joining vPromos, she served in a number of leadership roles for Chase Paymentech for 17 years, including Senior Director of Operations, Third Party Strategic Channel/Relationship Management and Customer Support Management.  She also served on the leadership team for First American Payment Systems as Director of Independent Sales Organizations (ISO) Sales, and Director of Relationship Management and Customer Support.  She also served as Vice President of Operations at Preferred Health Technology.  Debbie also lead the call center, implementation, credit and risk teams at TIB as Vice President of Operations.  Prior to her joining vPromos, Debbie was Senior Portfolio Manager at Elavon.

Debbie attended the University of North Texas and the University of Texas at Arlington and holds a bachelor’s degree in linguistics.  




Alan brings over 15 years of loyalty and partnership marketing experience to vPromos.  Alan is considered a subject matter expert in card linked marketing programs having developed them for large banks, airlines and retailers.  He was first named inventor for US Patent Pending 12/058,945 Merchant Funded Rewards Network Implementing Cardholder Loyalty Rebate. Prior to joining vPromos he held senior level positions for both early stage start-ups and large publicly traded and private companies in the Loyalty Space including Vesdia (acquired by Cartera Commerce), Martiz, Loylogic and Aimia.  His start up experience includes his most recent stint as CEO of Kula Causes as well as launching ALG Partnership Marketing and being an advisor for HipChip.  

As Chief Revenue Officer Alan is responsible for all revenue generating activities including business development, account management, partnerships and driving market place awareness in the Card processing and Loyalty sectors.




Cy has over 20 years of sales leadership and business development experience in the consumer loyalty and channel incentives industry with Carlson Marketing Worldwide and Parago, Inc. Cy is considered a subject matter expert in the use of prepaid debit cards in the customer loyalty and incentives space.




With the business acumen of several different industries; Gene merges the purchasing at big box retail; location based services; merchant processing, and cloud based loyalty into a sales tour de force.  

Gene owns a patent for a household gadget he sold to Wal-mart, and enjoys tinkering with 3D printing and the Internet of Things.  

Having graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Computer Science with a minor in Architecture from the University of Missouri at Columbia, Gene is a former City Councilman, City Planning Commissioner, and Cub Scout Leader in Chesterfield, Missouri. When he is not buried in his work; he along with his wife Susan and son Alex are scouting the newest restaurant, latest movie, or looking for the next travel adventure.



Chris brings a strong, multi-industry, 20+ years of FinTech experience bringing together strategy, product innovation, development, operations, marketing, and management.  

Previously, Chris served as Senior Vice President, Product Development, at business-to-business payments processor EFS responsible for driving growth, innovation, and new product development for EFS’s corporate payment solutions, prior to its acquisition by WEX.  Before EFS, Chris led innovation for San Francisco-based cloud commerce platform Deem, building and launching card-linked offer programs connecting bricks-and-mortar merchants and cardholders leveraging offers and promotions linked to payment cards, along with partners including First Data, Twitter, and Microsoft. Chris also played a lead role in the founding of card-linked offers industry standards group The CardLinx Association.  Prior to joining Deem, Chris served as Vice President, New Product Development & Platform Management for MasterCard’s Global Commercial Products business unit, leading a global team and portfolio of initiatives to grow MasterCard’s Commercial Card business worldwide. As part of his work at MasterCard, Chris and his team built and launched MasterCard’s global Small Business card-linked offer program MasterCard Easy Savings in the US, Canada, and the UK. Prior to MasterCard, Chris held the role of Group Director of Small Business Products & Services for the Commercial Solutions unit of Visa USA, responsible for driving innovation for the Visa Business franchise.   Before Visa, Chris worked as an entrepreneur in Silicon Valley, leading a series of early-stage growth companies in the financial technology, Software-as-a-Service, and digital marketing spaces.  He began his professional career with General Mills, leading consumer marketing and new product development efforts for Betty Crocker Products. 

Chris holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was named an Arjay Miller Scholar, and BS Electrical Engineering and BA Political Science degrees from Stanford University.
